HSBC Credit Card
HSBC is charging for FREE gold credit cards

Dear Sir,

I have taken a Life time free Credit card from HSBC and they said for EATON technologies Pune it is free card. But Later With out any transactions they have put charges for addon card which I have not applied for! I have called many times to Customer care to close or settle this account and Sent many mails to info@hsbc.com. They are saying we are not able to trace the account. Some customer care guys told they will close the account. But till now nothing has happened. They are not able to track their own accounts. That's surprise for me! Mentally I am very much disappointed and very very unhappy because of this customer service and unpaid transactions. Please help me. My HSBC credit card number is 4384 5999 7576 3847.
