Misuse of my client account-HSBC Invest Direct Securities Ltd

Dear Sir,

This is with reference to my Client ID 278481 held by HSBC Invest direct Ltd in Jaipur branch by name of AJAYAN G.

My trading account is with HSBC Invest direct securities ltd, Jaipur branch, with a margin of 1.0 lac and served by the local branch manager., Mr. Amit Johari & I want to put into your knowledge that shares worth 14.85 lac rs were taken into my account without my knowledge a few days back. I was told this by company local operation deptt. Mr. Paras yesterday and was asked to square off the same. With a portfolio of 86K, on 13th May' 10, how they have increased my portfolio to approx 15 lacs without any consent of mine and traded too in said account too. As markets crashed out yesterday today I end up making a loss of 1.06 lacs. I had never ordered the same and it was a malpractice initiated by their local branch.

As I was keeping in mind that HSBC is a big brand which is assumed to give for better service but after this happening, its real shock for me. I never thought of this happening in HSBC.

I am amazed that how a company of said repute can purchase shares worth approx. Rs.15 lacs without my permission and beyond my limit and for this who will be the responsible. Intention behind the same is beyond my understanding. If u see my account trading details, i never operate the same like this and by no nature willing to operate even like this. Are company/co. people using clients account just like this only to acheive targets best known to organization/people.

Same has been initiated and informed to all the higher-ups of HSBC yesterday itself. At this odd hour after my busy schedule, I am compelled to write this mail for very good reason that I can not allow anyone for that reason to make fake entries in my account and keep me bothering for transaction not in my interest and business beyond my capacity for this purpose.

I had been booked with a loss of 1.06 lacs, I want to get back my money and settle my a/c any how.

I request you to kindly look into the same and compensate me for the same. I want my money back by all reasons. I am not a person to look for undue advantage of any situation but shall have to fight for wrong doing of company in my account.

Being a regulatory body of ur repute, request your good self to kindly take up to get my money back and needful to avoid such instances in future. This is shear negligence and fraudulence on part of company employees to use my account like this.

Being a common man first, I would like to request your your body to help me to get the same sorted out to get my hard earned money. Economy of country is made by common people only, if this is treated like this then I am sure to get out of this business and never ever like to believe in operations of co. of such repute.
