Collection Charges

When I received Statement for the month of December, it was having Rupees 100 charged as collection charges and when I inquired about this I was told that since 15 Sep 2010 and payment cheque deposited in Skypak or HSBC drop Box or any Cash payment done at HSBC counter will invoite collection charges. When I resisted they have prmised me to refund the money however I have asked repeated many times the reason for collection charges as I have been useing Credit card for almost 5 years and never had this and even when I got the credit crad nobody told me about this..this is totally unjustified and is very much against the customers rights. I have exchaged mails with them however there is no concrete reply in terms of my question.
