I can't login

Dear Sir,

I can't login in my licindia.in wb site. Every other site i am able to login but not this one. It is just keep me wait. No message from web. Even if I am entering any wrong id/password at least I know get some message. As I am sure about my ID & password, nothing responded for 30min. tried again & again.

I want my premium receipt online.
