Short Supply, Late Delivery, Rude behaviuo

Dear Sir,

Kind Attn: Mr. Pankaj

We regret to inform you that People at your place are extremely rude, we have been frantically calling since yesterday for our Materials under Doc no ; 652707926 dated : 10.03.10. The mats are extremely urgent and our Customer from Jamshedpur is waiting since 12 in the morning.

On calling up atleast 10 times, now we have been informed that out of the 4 boxes, 1 is short. We still insisted that the delivery should be made, but your cargo is not ready ti deliver without taking the payment. We are running at a heavier risk than yourself.

Your operator also suggested that we should STOP working with XPS if we wanted to. This is absolutely pathetic.
