I have purchased a hyundai i 10 * MAGNA 1.2 imm e3 crystal white from samara hyundai, a division of samara india private limited, B-35, lajpat nagar-2 new delhi on date of 25-9 with invoice no: H200902495 and whose customer id is: C2009091981..I was assured to get a exchange bonus of RS fifteen thousand (15, 000) as i had maruti swift whose registration no is HR-51U-4051 earlier..i sold it to some other party.. now i m showing the new and old both RC to them but they are not giving a proper respond to their statement of giving the exchange bonus on new purchase.they are asking for 6 month time period for providing us with 15, 000 exchange bonus cheque.kindly put my complaint forward.hoping for positive respond as soon as possible..also tell me in how much time bonus is given back??
