False promises while selling a policy

This is Chaitrali Mihir Pandit. On 23rdJan I got a call from Geetanjali (09899095311) explaining me the policy Reliance Traditional Super Invest assure plan.
These were the following things promised to me
1. I pay 20000 every year for 5 years and then at the end of 5 years I will be getting 1, 63, 000 back
2. Apart from the above money I will also get bonus which the company will declare every year. Bonus declared this year 11, 250 will be attached if I take the policy now.
3. Natural death insurance is 1, 50, 000
4. Accidental death insurance is 3, 00, 000
5. 80c, 80d, 10 (10d)
6. If I keep 20000 in my account after 5 years I will still get the bonus every year as well as entitled for the insurance for 30 years.
Since I thought this is a good scheme I went ahead and took the policy but was totally shocked when I got the documents.
I came to know that there is no fund value associated with it that means at the end of 5 years I DO NOT GET ANY MONEY BACK. So there is no concept of bonus, Natural death and accidental insurance is 1, 45, 000.
Then I called up on the number above and was told that Geetanjali doesn’t not exist. After a lot of anticipation Neha Tripathi (09958060261) called me and told me that I will be getting another document which will have all the figures that they assured when they gave a call. That document will come to me in next 20-25 days. The whole February, March, April, May has gone by and I still haven’t received the document.
When I called up Neha on 9311491113 she tells me that my document has gone to Hyderabad branch for verification and will receive the same on last week of May which I still haven’t received.
Now, here I am cheated by Reliance Life insurance advisory “Vighnaharta Direct Insurance Broking Pvt Ltd” with code 20832583. I have invested my hard earned 20000 rs and now I am not able to cancel the policy also.
This is really very bad on Reliance part to cheat middle class people like us.
