Not recived the registration and password

Hello,

Myself Jyotsna Jyothi (date of Birth 20-12-1985), was online applying for Common Written Examination for Recruitment of Probationary Officers / Management Trainees in 19 Public Sector Banks.

While applying, I had faced the problem two times. First after entering the bank details for payment, I found page became blank with message page can not be uploaded. But when I checked my SBI account that time i had found that rupees 459.94 have been deducted from my account (Transaction ID 121293293996).

I guess as per FAQ mentioned in your site if form is not successful then this amount should be Credited to my account but it is not so.

Second time, I filled the form again and that time payment was successful. After that I got the successful confirmation of the application, that time I could not note down the registration no and password. After that I pressed next button and found new page came, but the new page was with totally blank information.(Please see the attached file).

This time also amount 459.94 rupees (Transaction ID 121292923297). I had checked my mail ID but I could not find any mail from IBPS related to my registration no and password.

Please help me to get my Registration Number and Password (if second time my application is successful). Also kindly help me to get the refund of the First Transection.
