Non Filing of US return despite taking the full Fees

Respected Sir,

I had files US return for FY 2009 during month of April.

Initially your response was very good, and your advisers were over eager to help me out. Impressed by your service, I went ahead and deposited the fees of 12, 000 INR. And from that moment the problem started. As your advisors started dilly dallying. As per my current status on your website http://www.myibsn.com/, shows my income tax has been filed by 29th April, but even after six months I haven't received my return. On checking at Arizona Government site for my return, I don't see any record in my SSN number. Even after repeated attempt to reach IBSN, my complaint hasn't been resolved.
