Cheating by icici

Yesterday i got a call from ICICI bank, person name is Kuldeep from ICICI Rohini, New Delhi.

He called me up with FAKE name and COMPANY. He said I am from DTDC courier and there is a courier for you which is kept with us and it could not be delivered due to some reason and asked the number for one the person. I shared the details with him. This fraud person had guts to call back and say that he is not from DTDC courier and he had lied in order to fetch details from me.

This is where the reputation of the bank and its values and culture is at stake. These people with there immoral values not only show how CHEAP they can get. The kind of employees are threat to the organization with whome they are working and in future they will work.

I request DTDC company to take strict action against him for using his company's name in order to fetch details from the common man. And I also want the bank to see how there employee is ruining the reputation of bank in market.
