ICICI BANK ATM FAULT
LESS CASH DISBURSED

Hi... I am Preetam Bhojwani. I have a Savings Account with Axis Bank.

Today 4th Dec. i had visited ICICI ATM for cash withdrawal. ICICI ATM located at Salunkhe Vihar Road.

I had punched for Rs - for withdrawal, i got only 500 Rs. Currency of 100, 5 nos.

I am shocked at this. The transaction slip says withdrawal of Rs -, whereas ATM has disbursed only Rs 500/-.

I tried to get in touch with the customer care of Axis & ICICI Bank, but could not get through.

There was no security guard as well at the ATM of ICICI Bank.

I am unable to understand as to what can i do.
