Dear Madam/Sir,

Greetings!!!

This is to bring in your kind notice that on 08th Dec; I tried to withdraw 5000/- from IDBI bank at Dwarka Sec 04 but the amount didnt received so I tried again and the same thing happened again. After few mins I received the SMS that both the transaction has been successfully done. So I called up the ICICI bank and they gave me two complaint no.s 126506302 & 126506259 respectively. As said by the bank I received one i.e 126506302 within 12 working days but other I didnt. I called up the bank again and the again gave me the complaint no.128601469 but I check the status they always put me on hold of hours n hours or sometimes even disconnects the phone which I think is absolute unprofessional & unethical.

Kindly do the needful. I am in really need of money because this is my hard earned money.
