I have deposited following cheques at ICICI BANK BHILAI branch in March but the same has not been credited in my a/c till Date:

I have send the complain for the same to ICICI Bank, Bhilai alongwith copy of counterpart of dividend warrant and also at customer care of ICICI Bank and they required the drawee bank and branch details but same are not available on the counter part of Dividend warrant.

You are requested to kindly look into the matter and arrange to credit amount in my sb a/c no. 017801503427.
