Cheating Selling Addon Insurance Policy with the Home Loan without customers knowledge

I had applied for a Home Loan with ICICI Bank. Though I got the loan, to my surprise a home loan insurance policy was additionally charged to my account without my knowledge.

I raised the matter with concerned entities in ICICI upon discovering this goof up, however in the end was sadly disappointed to know that India's second largest bank turned out to be a cheat who would not acknowledge the goof up made by their staff but on the contrary tried to cover up the same under the hood of their shoddy policies.

I was charged a total 22% of the total loan premium for canceling the same which was sold to me without my knowledge in the first place.
