NOC of 2 wheeler loan not given

Resp. Sir/ma'am,

I have taken a 2 wheeler loan from ICICI abnk Ref: LTHRI00004624611 on oct. with my all supporting I had provided 24 cheques as requested without mentioning the dates. out of which 22 cheques were cleared but 2 cheques have not been presented in my bank (SBI-Hardoi). ICICI kept me sending legal notices for returning the vehicle due to bounce cheques, but as per my Bank Statement No cheques have ever been bounced since I have opened my Account in SBI Hardoi. Upon seeing the statement I called upon the ICICI bank to sort out the dispute but in vain. Later they have added huge amount as interest in my loan statement but failed to present the cheques, which if they present, will be cleared immediately. I have mailed several times to the ICICI bank and send them in written but they are not providing me the NOC as it is not at all my fault if they have not presented the cheques. Now as I wish to sell the vehicle I am left with no option than to obtain NOC.
