Credit Card not activated

This is Khanolkar V.B. holding ICICI Bank Credit Card No. 4477463839249006. We holding and using the card from 09/03. About 2 months before I received a card, renewed till 09/14. It has been observed that the card is not activated till date. (08/11). I experienced the in the ADD-ON card of my wife Mrs. Khanolkar Shambhavi V. Both the cards are useless untill they are duly activated.

We request ICICI Bank Credit card department to do the needful and covey the same on my e-mail id vinayakhanolkar@vsnl.net.
