Sir,

I am a HSBC classic credit card holder. My transactions were very clear with my card. Before six months I got a bill of 999 rupees. But I did not use my card for any purchase at that period. When I called ur customer care executive he told me that is the charge of CPP card protection plan. But sir. No information was given to me about that plan before that. Nobody informed me by call or mail from bank or any other section. this amount was taken from my account without my permission. I did not apply for card protection plan. When I told this matter to him he told me we will cancel ur CPP and u will get a revised bill of zero rupees.

But next month I got the bill with increased 400 rupees. I called again ur cstmr care exctv he told me he told me what he told last time. Even now I am getting the bill with increased amount I complained several times but nothing happened.

Sir, this is not right way towards ur customers I am not ready to pay this amount because I did not use my card for this amount this is ur fault

So please take favorable decision for my complaint.
