DD not received

I booked DD online from my ICICI account, Service Request No. SR 180453602 dt. 20/06 for 15K. The amount got deducted immediately & I got confirmation SMS that your service request is succesful & you will get DD in 4 working days by SIgma Courier, whoes AWB No. 629273. But after even 10 days I have not received the same. When I contacted Sigma courire they told that they have discontinued the service contract with ICICI & all the couriers have been send back to ICICI.

I conteacted ICICI through email, but no reply, even though they claim to get back in 48 hours.
