Non credit of points

Icici bank has its tie up and the bank awards loyalty points via www.payback.in to its customers when purchases are done either by credit or debit card.

i am holding an icici bank account and an icici bank credit card.

now the problem which i am facing is that the points are not getting credited to my payback account (payback card no 9401150877889419) since last 2 months . every time i have to run after the customer care of payback.com... the compalint nos are 001678377, 001599589, and 001601065

on the other hand icici bank says that they are not responsible if the points are not getting credited.

as a customer it is causing a great inconvinience to me and at the same time its a cheating and fraud case againt icici bank and the website payback.in
