Credit card re-payement related

I am using icici bank credit card number and I had purchased ~ Rs 600 rupees nearly one and haly year before. I forgot to pay due amount ~ Rs 600 in due date as I didnt get the statement. But I paid Rs 600 it after 2 months by calling customer care service. During that time customer service gave the surity to reversal the levy amount and thatswhy I I paid due amount only on that time.

After that I did not check the credit card balance and also didnt use that card. As I change my residential address and mobile number, I didnt have any contact with credit card bank. But I didnt change my mail address and I am not getting any e-statement till now.

Now they have taken Rs 1083 from my saving bank account number without my notification to credit card. when I contact customer service, they told that still i have to pay Rs 3500 to creditcard even though they taken Rs 1083 from SB account. I dont know why i need to pay without doing any transaction.
