Dear Sir
I am sending this mail to you with deep anguish. I have a demat account no. IN302679-32004569-8500268045 with ICICI Bank (ICICIdirect.com). I have two portfolios with this demat account, one for equity and another for mutual funds. After shifting to Kolkata I applied to ICICIdirect office (Lake Town, Kolkata Branch) for changing my address and link new bank account. Accordingly, the address and bank account had been updated in my profile and in case of equity portfolio, dividends and other communications are being received at the new address and in the new bank account. However, recently I came to know that in case of mutual fund, ICICI did not change my address and bank details. As a result I am not getting dividends and other communications. I am writing to them from 26th March but so far nobody replied nor the address and bank account has been changed.
I request you to take up with ICICI Bank (ICICIdirect.com) to resolve this problem.
