ICICI Bank Saving Account
Short disbursement of cash

On 19th October I had withdrawl of Rs. 20, 000 from ICICI ATM - Account No. 007101031119

at Kalkaji and surpirsed to note that I have got only Rs. 16, 000 which is short by Rs. 4, 000/- and my account was debited by Rs. 20, 000/-.

Immediately I lodged the companint to the customer Service- Service Request (SR) No: 1222202027 given to me but till date I am getting reply from them that we have checked and your transaction is sucessful and we can not reverse the balance amount.

I am very shocked to see the customer services handled by such ICICI Bank.
