QAB CHARGES

This is Dipu Kumar Baruah from Guwahati. I have an account with ICICI bank. Suddenly today I learnt from my Summary of accounts staement that Rs.827 has been dedcuted as QAB charge, without my prior knowledge. This goes againstthe ethics of any banking organisation. It was their prime duty to inform me for deducting my hard earned money. It seems that the bank has made the rules for their own convinience for sucking money from their valued customers.
