ICICI Credit Card
Cash Deposite Doesn't Reflect

Hi,

I have deposited Rs. 27, 000/- in Bhubaneswar ICICI bank putting in an envelop and dropped in their drop box towards my credit card. But when I checked my statement next month it was not reflecting. It happened second time in month of Aug. I deposited Rs. 20, 500/- at this time. But when I ask customer care they are asking me the number which unfortunately don't have with me.

I don't know how to resolve this issue. Can someone help me!!!
