My policy No 06034801, premium frequency - yearly,

I, Mandar Joshi, have paid premium of Rs.15000.00, in Aug

I have not received the renewal premium receipt till today, I called to Customer care No.9892577766 a month back, a lady talked to me generously, I gave her my email Id, sothat I can receive the receipt fast to submit it for Income tax Calculation. Second time called the same number and received the answer that I will get receipt in weeks time.which I have not received till toaday as a month is over.

Worst is i have to call it every year for the receipt, the only receipt i received without followup is the first receipt with policy documents. The same i have mentioned so nmany times to the customer care executives.
