Claim not being settled

Dear,

My self Irfan khan S/o- Mohd. Mushtaq, is the owner of Maruti Alto Veh.- No-UK-07V-2331, This veh. was insured by icici lombard, my car meet to an accident on 23/12, and brought to workshop (CORAL MARUTI) on dated-23/12, after intimation of claim i came to know that MR. Amit Shrivastava has appointed as surveyour, but he is showing no intrest to settle the claim till date he do not told me what must i should do? infact that guy is not picking my phone, for a long time. i request you to help me.

i have already summite my complaint to Lombard call center, but till date there is no progress.
