Dear Sir,

Its about the mediclaim policy the no is 4111/pla56528471/00/000.I have been subbmitted all the documents to the concerned department but they have not comunicated with me, and whenever i call the belgaum office they only give me dates, saying that in 15 days ul get the check they are just harashing me without giving me right information, and if i call customer service they say in 7 working days i l b getting the money . 6 months have passed the concerned department has not called me even a single time so please take strict action on the procedinngs
