ICICI Lombard fraud

Respected Sir/Madam,

I own Bajaj pulsar 2007 built model that is theft from my Rented home on 30th march in shiv nagar Delhi. I register claim in ICICI lombard 13 April. I submit all the necessary document in ICICI Lombard Pitampura Branch and get receving from them for all the that i have submitted.

After that i am regural in call them but they are not giving any response and after one month they told me that you are not submitting any document.

After that there Manager Miss Megha not receving my call.

Please tell Me what I have to do against them.
