I lodge motor theft claim No. MOT01438530 on 9.2.10 with icici lombard. In the due course i submitted all the documents including untrace report from police/court in the month of june. but despite passing more than 9 month my claim pending on filmsy ground that I am reveraling the information related to one key which i never received from toyota dealer at the time of purchase on 14.5.05. I submitted a affidavit in this regard but so far No action.
