I Mr. Hemant Madhukar Patil purchased ICICI lombard health issurance policy in 2009 for my mother name: Pushpa Madhukar Patil Rs 3 lakhs.. Now as per discussion with mumbai branch persons i took a top of 8 lakhs for me and my other past three months before but still i am waiting the hard copy of policy and health check up coupon. This is the worst service of ICICI lomard actually i already talk to Mumbai and hydrabad branch peoples but there is no reply from them. kidly help us.
