Delay in claim money

I pramode kumar, bearing icici lombard policy no 3005/68070672/00/B00. claim amount not yet passed. it was nearly a week ago. 3 days back (19/6) i visited the mangalore office. but kiran (08246660608) said, the amount will be deposited on 19 or very next day 20th. but still today (22/6) money not deposited. today i contacted him over telephone, he is saying, it will be deposited on monday. actually, they don't have work on saturday and sunday. if monday going to deposit means, i have to wait 3 more days. mangalore branch people unnecessarily creating nuisance.
