Icici lombard cashless mediclaim

I had taken a cashless mediclaim of 3 lacs of icici lombard. i paid all my dues on time. now i m suffring from arthritis i had submitted all my hospital documents but they are not clearing my claims. i claimed 4-5 claims but they dint clear a single.even i m not submitting my recent medical bills because they not clearing my earlier bills from last five months i m following up . my policy no is 4034/fpp/03380580/00/000. everytime they give me new excuse. every time they need a new document which also i submitted. now i m fedup i need ur help. i belong to a serviceclass family i had taken this policy to save money but i dint save any. when i was working i had taken this but due to my disease i m jobless & i had spent all my money on my treatment. now i m financially very weak. i thougtht i will get my money back through this policy but they are harrasing me. please help me in this if u can.
