I had taken a cashless mediclaim of 3 lacs of icici lombard. i paid all my dues on time. now i m suffring from arthritis i had submitted all my hospital documents but they are not clearing my claims. i claimed 4-5 claims but they dint clear a single.even i m not submitting my recent medical bills ...
