DEAR SIR,
I HAVE PURCHASED CRITICAL CARE POLICY THRO` TELECONFRENCE.
THRO MY CREDIT CARD.
AT THAT TIME THE OFFICER COMMITTED ME, THIS POLICY AMT WILL BE CONVERTED AS EMI
BUT STILL DATE THE AMT WAS NOT CONVERTED TO EMI. AND CREDIT CARD STATEMENT EVERY MONTH THEY PUT INT.CHARGES & SUR CHARGES FOR ALL MY PURCHASES- WHICH ALREADY PAID BY ME. AFTER CHECK WITH THE CREDIT CARD DEPT, THEY INFORMED ME THAT, BECAUSE OF NOT PAID THE AMT - THAT IS POLICY PURCHASE AMT FULL, WE PUT INT. FOR ALL PURCHASES.
EVERY TIME WHILE I AM DISCUSSING, THE CONCERNED OFFICER CONFIRMED ME THAT THE AMT WAS CONVERTED TO EMI & THE PENAL CHARGES WILL REFUND/REVERT TO MY ACCOUNT.
BUT ON 17/03 ONE OFFICER CALLED FROM - 044 39878318 @ 4.22PM - MY POLICY AMT WAS NOT CONVERTED TO EMI.
HOW CAN I TRUST / BELIEVE THE TELEPHONE OFFICER FROM ICICI GROUP.
PL. DO THE NECESSARY ACTIONS TO YOUR CUSTOMER (ME).
