WRONG COMMITMENTS IN POLICY

Dear Sir,

and my policy number is 4034 / CHT / 03685448 / 00 / 000.

I want to lodge a complaint against ICICI Lombard General Insurance. I was approached by an ICICI Lombard General Insurance Agent approximately 2 years back and I was given information regarding a Policy in which my Diabetes would be covered. But till date I havent received any benefits from that Policy. My policy is for renewal on 17/06. I called up the customer care and asked them to cancel the policy and refund the money that weas charged to my credit card. But they said that no refund will be given to me and that the Diabetes will be covered only after I complete 4 years of my Policy term. Now When the executive had come, and given me the necessary details that time he never told me that the Diabetes will be covered after 4 years. So till date I havent taken any benefit of the Policy and I have paid a premium of around Rs. 26972/-

This is complete fraud done to me, and even I am not given any benefits for the same. Please help in this matter.
