I have health policy no. 4034i/FFH/W-282779/02/000 from icici lombard since 2008. and it will be renewed every year. now when i am concerned the customer care of icici for renewal of this policy they have denied to renew it. my policy will be expired on 20/08. they are saying that i have made a claim last year so they cannot renew it. if you have no claim during policy year then only they will renew it.so, as per my opinion ICICI IS POOREY PARIVAR KI POORI TENSION.
