Dear Sir,

This is to referemce to the denial of cashless claim for my above said policy for which i would like to state as follows:-

1) i was admitted in yashoda hospital on date 10/11 because of Dengue fever. On investigation it was found that i am suffering from Diabetes for which I totally unaware.

2) The claim was approved and then called off because of the Diabetes.

3) I was reffered to forties Hospital Noida where the same story happened.

Now I would like to state that I was totally unaware of the fact that I was suffering from Diabetes.

I would like to request you again to reconsider my case as I was suffering from Dengue Fever and reimburse me the claim.

I am looking forward for your kind consideration as already i have suffered a lot physically, mentally, and monetary also because of Denial.
