Non-delivery of Policy Documents

I have made two annual premia of Rs.12, 000 each for my ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Policy No.12619215. The service executive from your company failed to ensure the delivery of the original Policy documents. I have made minimum ten visits to your East Fort office and gave even written requests for the same. Every time the lady at the counter says one or other excuse. I am disappointed and have no option other than writng to you. Sustantial losses on the said investment alongwith the non-cordial response from your staff is hurting. Kindly ensure that the customers are not at the mercy of your negligent staff and my policy documents are delivered promptly at the earliest.
