Surrender of policy

Sir,

i wish to inform you that due to my financial crunch, i would like to surrender the policy of icici prudential of policy number - 04093229 against myself subir kumar dey as policy holder, gave premium of amount 15000 rs as the first premium,

after that i have spoken many times to your customer care officers for the refund of the policy but no positive result found.

i hope you will understand my position and help me to get the money back as early as possible.
