ICICI Prudential Waste Of Money Big Time

Hello, ICICI Prudential has stolen my Rs 30000 thousand. My Policy No is 08336479. I gave my first premium of 40000 then I could not due to financial problem but still I tried giving my second premium after doing medical test as suggested by support staff. They rejected it stating I was late couple of days. Ok so I waited for three years to complete my locking period. When I went there to get my Rs 40000 money back, they hand me the cheque of 10000/- Rest of Rs 30000 they said they have deducted as a services charge. Can you imagine they have deducted 30000/- as service charge out of 40000/-. Now what is this, this is fraud, they are cheating customer. I know what they did with 30000/-, they have given the salary to the agent, manager, branch manager and so on... So I suggest anyone who is looking to invest money on any company insurance, DON'T DO. Rather invest the money on something else, other business.
