Hi,

I have taken an health insurance policy from ICICI Pru (Policy Number 03533603). And what it proved to be was that I am biggest idiot on this earth to deal with them. This policy which was originally sold to me by cheating at the time of my home loan from ICICI bank has turned out to be headache for me.

I already surrendered it once but still ECS is taken from my account again in March. I mailed to lifeline@iciciprulife.com. but looks like the person who replies to emails do not have basic understanding of English, I asked him to cancel this policy but he asked me for all the details and a signed letter two times and then replied what I am suppose to do for change of my email id. Absolutely ridiculous. Probably only way to get rid of this is to cancel my bank account.
