I had applied for insurance cover of 50 lacs for ICICI prud online policy iprotect after getting lured by lower premium on dated 6/10.I have completed all medicals & documentation formality. Every time I send details they are not updating details in there record. From last four month I am writing almost daily to icici but they have decided not to issue policy. Finally i complain to IRDA than after few days they have updated policy withdrawn. I do not understand if they do not want to do online business then why they are marketing this product.still I have not recd my premium amount back. They are cheating customer and collecting huge premium from customer & do not want to issue insurance policy. My approx 12000 Rs blocked from last four month.

I suggest every body to think twice before decide on term plan from ICICI.They are more intrested in selling product like ULIP & endowment plan. I definaely go into consumer court against ICICI prud for unfare trade practice 7 cheating customer.
