i wish to inform you that due to my financial crunch, i would like to surrender the policy of icici prudential of policy number - 08218384 against myself KannappanNanjan as policy holder, gave premium of amount 40000 rs as the premium,

after that i have spoken many times to your customer care officers for the refund of the policy but no positive result found.
