Need my payslips

i am employee for ICICI Prudential life insurance co. ltd.,

i was been tagged absconding due to not reporting to my

manager since 10 days as i felt sick. and i am not interested to

work with icici any more due to personnel reasons.

can i get my last pay slips? its needed for my next job.
