Sir my policy no in icici pru life is 13310567 and I paid a premium of rs 16000 in last year 25-01.

but in policy my deposit value is 0.0000

so what i am doing

this is the fraud company.

i have paid 16000

and my value is 0.000

how can i surrender and gate my money

please help
