Non settelment of fore closure amount

I am taken a ICICI Prudential life insurance policy No:00513748 and i paid the 26 installments @ Rs 834/- monthly up to 26-11 . Due to personel reasons i unable to continue my policy. I got a SMS from the ICICI Prudential stating that non payment policy has been closed and contact the branch office. I approched to ICICI Prudential Secundrabad on 01-01 and i requested to continue the policy but they not agreed. And they informed to that you will get an amount of Rs 27, 733 /- as fore closing the policy.

Till date i am not got any amount from ICICI Prudential.
