ICICI Prudential Life Insurance: We (me and my wife) went to USA by doing travel Insurance with ICICI LOMBARD. They promised us "Cash less service in USA". My wife met with accident and there is no cash less service accepted by many hospitals. However we spent from our pocket and the claim was paid by the above after return. But we have arrived 40 days ahead and We had applied for refund for not serving for that period. they paid me the refund and not paid my wife saying that she had a medical claim.
