Partial withdrawal not processed

I am getting frustrated to deal with ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Co Ltd. To make partial withdrawal from my own contribution, I need to beg them as if they are doing a big favour to me. Officially they maintain that all partial withdrawals will be processed and fund credited within 6 working days from the date of receipt of the application. But despite receiving the documents, they do not process the withdrawal even after 7 working days and every time enquire they keep saying it is "Under Process". I really do not understand what they mean by this terminology. The best part of the joke is that every time you make a complaint saying that your withdrawal is delayed, they come back saying saying our application will be processed within 6 working days from the date you lodge a complaint. That means by lodging a complaint, they further delay the process - keep shifting the goal post!!! I made a complaint saying that even after 7 working days my application was not processed - the reply I got was - my request will be processed within 6 working days from the date I lodged the complaint - their chat room agents - oh god.. what kind of characters they employ - they must be employing immatured school kids - God save ICICI Prudential
