Non receipt of cheque encashed two months ago

Sir,

Reg:&No intimation about cheque encashed 2 moths ago.

Ref:&My POLICY NO:-- 09023968 & 09233445

With ref. to above 2 policies I have submitted one cheque numbered 0230873 dt.10.02.2010 drawn on HDFC BANK, BURDWAN to companys 85A.PRINCE ANWAR SHAH ROAD, CAL--33 through one MR.PARTHA MUKHERJEE self called executive. The cheque has been encashed by the co. on 16.02. according to the bank. The cheque amount was RS. FORTY THOUSAND ONLY .

Asper telephonic discussions with two self called highly placed officials MR.ABHIJIT BANNERJEE & MR. RAJ DEEP SEN the cheque amount which was one years premiumof the above two policies was to be used as top up premiums. As the due date of yearly premiums of the above two policies are coming nearer and getting no response from the co.though two months have passed I am suspecting some foul play as the officials of the co.are always giving some vague and evasive answers as I have only connections over phone only.

I m very much puzzled what I should do now.
