Given wrong info about policy

Hi,

ICICI re-preventive given me wrong information about policy. They are layer.

When I took this policy, ICICI re-preventive told me that policy having single premium policy (one time investment policy) and on those bases I have

taken this policy. Now when I got next premium reminder then I checked with ICICI helpline and found that we have to again pay then next premium.

Policy no 14038153 and some more polices.

My query is “why ICICI re-preventive given wrong information about this? ” and why should I say it now, if ICICI re-preventive given wrong information.

It’s not possible me to pay 15000/- Rs as I am now getting retire from service soon.
